Inside the Classroom and Mind of an Extraordinary Teacher

Before I started to read this article I questioned myself with what makes a good teacher a good teacher?  For starters, is the data looking at test results, a student’s achievement on a project, classroom management, or a teachers own personal achievement?  I think all these should be contributing to the definition of an "extraordinary teacher".  There should not be one key factor that determines a teacher’s success.  It is the whole picture.  And who to better judge our self - is our self.  We need to set goals that we want to reach and through that we can determine if we are extraordinary.

Each of us has strengths and weaknesses. What we do with that depends on how efficient and productive we choose to be.  We can all be extraordinary....
