Around the World in Five Days: Lessons from the Global Education Conference

What a great idea!  I have created virtual field trips before but this reinforces just how easy it is to learn about another culture using the computer.  What I love about the "Around the World in Five Days" concept is that is that it is free and already set up for you.  With over 400 options of what to choose, a teacher can definitely find a lesson plan to teach their educational goal.

Some of the best ideas we have, we get from one another.  I know that I need utilize the plethora of information and resources out there.  Students can only benefit from what teachers find.  I really like to read through these blogs because it gives me a lot of ideas and suggestions.  I never knew that such blogs existed to get ideas from one another but now I do.
